PT Multi Energi Perkasa with brand MERKAWORKS are private company which is engaged in manufacturing of mechanical parts and industrial pump engineering service. Our company are focuses on the power generation industry, the food processing industry, the water treatment industry and fabrication of construction parts.
Our company has experience in 15 years with technical personel and powered with CAD/CAE technology to perform manufacturing job, assembly and refurbishment of rotating equipment by using special or custom tooling. Our machine shop facility are equipped with turning machine, universal milling machine, slotting machine, bench drill, lifting tools, GMAW machine, GTAW machine and SMAW machine.
Our experience in the fabrication and repairing of a structural components, storage, piping and the other component are according to ASME standards will contribute to our capability and agility to complete various project. The facility of our welding shop powered with certified worker and welding inspector to accomplish various welding job. We have engineering and technical team that has experiences in working on various types of metal materials, including: cast iron, carbon steel, alloy steel, SS304, SS310, SS316, SS940L, duplex stainless steel, incoloy and hastelloy.
The quality standard of our company are refer to ISO 9001:2015 to guarantee that we are highly dedicated to continously maintaining and improving the quality, reliability, punctuality, consumer trust and satisfaction on every job.
